History :This wine  was born in 2012 ,it is made in traditional way, second fermentation in a bottle and aged 9 months on laths in an underground cellar in Saumur.

Grape varieties : folle blanche, chardonnay, melon, egiodola

Colour :White brut

Surface : 0,7  acres

Age of the vines: 10-40 ans years   

soils Grounds with sandy dominants, granitic rock in 2 micas and rock silica and flint.

Tasting notes :  it reveals white grape aromas, exceptional fine fizziness, rich and powerful with the ripe fruit aromas.

Food pairing apéritif, brittany lobster, duck with orange, dessert, macaroon...

 Serving temperature : 10-12 °C          

Laying down time : 5 à 6  years

History : From a plot  of vines on the borders of the river Maine she owes her names to the brook across the estate. This sparkling wine is developed in our Domaine and worked in Brut.

Grape varieties : Folle blanche - Chardonnay

Colour : White brut

Surface : 3,5  acres

Age of the vines: 20 years        

soils : Lime sandy ground, metamorphic rock ortho gneiss. Sandy lime ground, an underground presenting flint will a silica rock of granit type desagregating.

Tasting notes : pale yellow with golden nuances, It reveals white and citrus fruit flavors and a hint of hazelnut. Fruity, fine, elegant.

Food pairing : aperitif, desert or simply between friends

Soils : Sandy lime ground, an underground presenting flint will a silica rock of granit type desagregating.

Tasting notes :  pale pink with ruby nuances, It reveals wild strawberries, raspberries and  redcurrant flavors.

White sparkling grape juice

History :  From a plot of vines on the borders of the river Maine.We harvest early in the morning in order to keep freshness and varietal aromas to the grapes. The juice is obtained by direct pressing, kept at very low temperature, pasteurized before the adjunction of CO2.

Grape varieties : Melon de Bourgogne
