History : This grape varieties was introduced in XVI century into the area, intended has the export.  From a plot  of vines on the borders of the river Maine she owes her names to the brook across the estate.

Colour : dry White

Age of the vines: 35 years         

soils : Lime sandy ground, metamorphic rock ortho gneiss.

Tasting notes  : Pale yellow, It reveals a fresh and iodine nose with lemon aromas.

Food pairing : Kir aperitif, oysters and shellfish.

Serving temperature : 10-12 C
